How do I Call Forward my phone to Voice Mail?

This depends on the type of forwarding you want to do. There are several types of call forwarding including:

  • Call Forward All Calls
  • Call Forward Busy
  • Call Forward No Answer
  • Call Forward Busy/No Answer

Most people choose the Call Forward No Answer or Call Forward Busy/No Answer setting. Your phone can only have one setting at a time.

NOTE: These instructions are for Toshiba and Teleco "DK" telephone systems. For instructions on the newer CTX phone systems, please see the documentation that came with your system.

Call Forward All Calls

  1. Press INTERCOM      (or Primary DN or PDN)
  2. Dial #601 (omit the # for some older systems)
  3. Enter Voice Mail extension number

Call Forward Busy

  1. Press INTERCOM      (or Primary DN or PDN)
  2. Dial #602 (omit the # for some older systems)
  3. Enter Voice Mail Extension number
  4. Press REDIAL

Call Forward No Answer

  1. Press INTERCOM      (or Primary DN or PDN)
  2. Dial #603 (omit the # for some older systems)
  3. Enter Voice Mail Extension number
  4. Press SPEED DIAL
  5. Enter number of seconds for your phone to ring before forwarding.
  6. Press REDIAL

Call Forward Busy/No Answer

  1. Press INTERCOM      (or Primary DN or PDN)
  2. Dial #604 (omit the # for some older systems)
  3. Enter Voice Mail Extension number
  4. Press SPEED DIAL
  5. Enter number of seconds for your phone to ring before forwarding.
  6. Press REDIAL
